For orders within Greece, GX Shoes collaborates with the courier firm Speedex. There are NO delivery costs for product orders worth € 50 or more. If your order is for less than €50, you will be charged €2. In case of “cash on delivery” payment, there is an additional cost of €2,20.

For orders from other EU countries GX Shoes collaborates with the courier firm FedEx. There are NO delivery costs for product orders worth €120 or more. If your order is for less than €120, you will be charged €18.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can withdraw from the contract and return the products within a fixed deadline of 15 days from the date on which you received them.

You enjoy FREE return costs concerning the first return if you make use of Speedex service for Greece and FedEx service for the rest of E.U. countries. We do not undertake costs and responsibility for items returned otherwise except Speedex courier service for Greece and FedEx for the rest of E.U. countries.
