In case a request for your cooperation / transaction with the Oxford Company is not accepted and the transaction or contract is not completed, the data will be retained for a period of five (5) years. In case of litigation, your personal data will be respected in any case until the end of the litigation even if the above twenty (20) years are exceeded.
